Terms of Service

"Service": refers to the Heaats SEO monitoring platform and all its features.

"User": any natural or legal person using the Service.

"Account": User's personal space allowing access to the Service.

"Content": data, text, images, and other elements accessible through the Service.

These Terms are intended to define the conditions of access and use of the Heaats Service. By using the Service, the User accepts these Terms without reservation.

The Service is accessible 24/7, subject to maintenance operations. Heaats commits to providing 99.9% availability (excluding scheduled maintenance).

Heaats reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the Service for technical or maintenance reasons, without this giving rise to compensation.

Access to the Service requires creating an Account. The User agrees to:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information

• Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials
  • Not share their Account with third parties
    • Immediately notify Heaats of any unauthorized use

      Heaats reserves the right to suspend or delete any Account in case of Terms violation.

The User agrees to:

- Use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose

• Not attempt to bypass security measures
  • Not intentionally overload servers
    • Not use the Service for unlawful purposes
      • Respect intellectual property rights
        • Not resell or redistribute the Service

          The User is solely responsible for websites configured for monitoring and guarantees they have the necessary rights.

The Service, its interface, source code, algorithms, and documentation are the exclusive property of Heaats SAS.

The User has a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Service during their subscription.

Monitoring data generated belongs to the User, who can export it at any time.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible at /legal/privacy.

By using the Service, the User accepts the processing of their data in accordance with this policy.

Heaats commits to providing the Service with diligence. However, Heaats cannot be held liable for:

- Service interruptions beyond its control

• Indirect damages or data loss
  • User's use of provided information
    • Decisions made based on SEO analyses

      Heaats' liability is limited to amounts paid by the User in the last 12 months.

Current pricing is available at /pricing. Prices are shown excluding tax.

- Billing: monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen

• Payment: by credit card via our provider Stripe
  • Free trial: 14 days without commitment or credit card

    Heaats reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals.

The User can cancel their subscription at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Heaats may terminate a User's Account in case of:

- Violation of these Terms

• Non-payment of amounts due
  • Fraudulent use of the Service

    In case of termination, the User can export their data for 30 days.

Heaats reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be informed by email of any substantial modification at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
